Thank You for Today
A prayer of simple thanks.
Thank You, Lord, for today.
For our breath, our strength, our senses.
For food, shelter, and the means to move through the world in safety.
Thank You for the people we love,
the work of our hands,
and the chance to serve.
May we not take these gifts lightly.
Amen.
